Turn Off The Cell Phone At The Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford
The Copper Beech Institute in West Hartford opens in September 2014. It is a place where founder and Executive Director, Dr. Brandon Nappi says you can come to center yourself and really explore yourself and the surroundings around you. In other words you can come here for a weekend or a retreat or a day to stop and smell the roses, to stop and think in this frenetic world in which we all now live.
You can walk the 50 acres which are on the ground of a monestery, catch your breath listen to speakers reevaluate your life to see if you are really on track. There are farm to table meals here and a labyrinth around which to walk. This is a place to focus on yourself.
