The Goshen Players
The Goshen Players perform in the former Goshen Town Hall in a town with a 275 year history. Located at the corner of the rotary of Routes 4 and 63, the iconic building has been transformed into a performance space with a raised stage and opportunities for cabaret as well as theater style seating.
The Goshen Players group was formed in 1949 and since then the productions have grown in number and popularity. The Goshen Players are one of the oldest continuously performing theatre groups in the state. Producing musicals, dramas and even children’s theatre, the future continues to look bright for the Goshen Players.
Upcoming in October is a production of STEEL MAGNOLIAS October 10, 11, 17, 18, 24 & 25 at 8:00 PM October 12 & 19 at 4:00 PM On November 7th and 8th at 8pm there will be performances by the Goshen Festival Singers in a show called “Those Were The Days” with proceeds benefitting the Torrington area Parkinson’s Support Group.
