Connecticut Women’s Hall Of Fame Is Rich In History

Connecticut is, and has been, home to so many amazing women. The Connecticut Women’s Hall of Fame is making sure that none of the histories behind these women is lost. Year after year they are inducting women who have given so much to their communities, the state, the country and the world. In this “virtual” hall of fame, you will find leaders in the fields of arts, humanities, business and law, education and preservation, politics, and government. You will find reformers and scientists and health advocates, and leaders in sports and those who are journalists and who write for a living. New to the CWHF is its education department headed by Bambi Mroz. She came on my show “NYBERG” to talk about the hall of fame and what her mission is in doing outreach to school aged kids so that they know about this rich heritage.
