Be An Mental Health Ambassador At Your School, It Could Save A Life

The Jordan Porco Foundation, based in Hartford, Connecticut is named after a young college student who took his own life. The organization, started by his parents, is set on removing the stigma around mental health so that young people can start talking to each other. Fresh Check Days are held on college campuses around the country, a fun day, to let young people know there is help for them. In April of 2018, the first of its kind day was held at Yale University. It was a resounding success, real conversations were held student to student. If you want to become a young ambassador on your college campus to organize a Fresh Check Day event that could save a life, reach out to The Jordan Porco Foundation.
