A Convenience Store On Wheels Drives Into Connecticut

I’ve got to hand it to millennial entrepreneurs, they see a need and they figure out how to build a company around it. Five years ago two 20-year-old college sophomores at Drexel University in Philadelphia got tired of going out late at night for snacks, household items, whatever it was. So they built a delivery service and called it goPuff and boy has it taken off. They deliver  items right to your door in 30-minutes. The delivery rate is a flat fee of one-dollar and 95-cents. They serve 65 cities across the country including Storrs, Hartford and New Haven and they expect to double the number of cities by the end of 2019. The company employs 600, not counting the hundreds of drivers across the country.
