Ratatouille & Co. Helps Immigrant Women In Connecticut Get Ahead

On NYBERG, Ratatouille & Company founded by Evelyn Isaia, helps immigrant women in Connecticut get a leg up on life. After three decades in finance, Isaia decided to leave her work and take up something else. She did her homework, gathered information, and her catering company with a social purpose, Ratatouille and Company was born. Now two years old, as of May first, 2019, she’s changing the lives of women around the world. Many are learning to live again after heartbreaking tales. To date, women from Syria, Haiti, Honduras, Guatemala, Columbia, and El Salvador are learning new skills. They’re involved in dinner parties, weddings, corporate events, you name it.
