Connecticut’s Grammy-Nominated Vocalist, Pianist, Songwriter, Nicole Zuraitis

Connecticut native, Nicole Zuraitis is living her best life, singing and songwriting. She was mentored along the way at her Holy Cross High School in Waterbury and being a part of the Litchfield Jazz Camp with which she is still affiliated. She and her husband, Dan Pugach, who live in Brooklyn, New York were nominated for a Grammy in 2019 for their arrangement of Dolly Parton’s song, Jolene. Zuraitis started out in Opera and then veered toward jazz, that genre is where she shines. She is as down-to-earth as they come and wants to keep singing around the world at festivals, her latest stage was in Lithuania in the summer of 2019. I can’t wait to see what she does next.
