Betting On A New Model For Substance Use Disorder Recovery In Connecticut

Tri-Circle Incorporated, is working hard to create a new recovery model of care for substance use disorders and possible recurring mental health disorders. The non-profit organization is founded by Ana Gopoian and supported by a volunteer board. Many of the board members, including Christine Gagnon, have lost a loved one to addiction. The goal is to build a wellness center, beyond their support groups. They want to build a thriving community, where people would be in recovery over a 15-month period. The thinking behind this is that it would lead to an end of relapse and recidivism.
