« Nutmeg junction celebrates Madison Cares and their event on May 11th! The wonderful non-profit group “Madison Cares” is holding a public event May 11th to assist Habitat For Humanity and is looking for volunteers to build several framing walls for Habitat for Humanity. There will be lots of fun as there will be live music, food available for purchase and hot air balloon rides! For the work portion, remember that tools will be provided, no building experience necessary and the work time is an hour and-a-half. Madison Cares looks for a voluntary donation of $25 per adult (age 18+) and $15 per teen and those who donate will receive a custom event T-shirt.
