051There is an organization in New Haven that is training adults in areas needed in the city so people can have a job. The Connecticut Center For Arts And Technology or CONN-CAT, has only been in existence for about three years, but it ‘s already changing lives. Culinary arts have been added recently because the Elm City is such a big restaurant town and expertise is needed in that field. CEO, Erik Clemons and his Director of Culinary Arts, Odell Cooper are making inroads.
