SIFT is a French focused bakery located in historic downtown Mystic, Connecticut that will open in May, 2016. The bakeshop, owned and operated by Pastry Chef Adam Young, will feature a wide variety of artisanal breads, breakfast pastries and sweet and savory delights. SIFT will also offer specialty cakes, desserts and custom gifts. Featuring a full barista, guests will be able to enjoy the sweeter things in life from 7am-7pm, seven days a week.
